Superior Access to Your Provider
We offer same day and next day appointments. We will make additional accommodations to make ourselves available to patients outside of normal business hours when necessary. We are available 24/7 via phone, text or email.
Extended, Relaxed Visits
You won’t feel rushed through an appointment, and there’s never a question you won’t have time to ask. Part of the relationship you’ll build with your provider is based on your understanding of your care. Now that’s what we call personal healthcare.
Same-Day and Next-Day Service Scheduling
Because our providers reserve time for a select number of patients at the practice, they are available when you need them. You’re a priority, and you’ll feel like one.
Wholesale labs and medication costs; Reduced diagnostic imaging prices
As a patient at Whole Health Family Clinic, you will experience the benefit of direct care costs and transparent prices. We also advocate for your prescription medication needs. We provide basic laboratory services included in the membership. More complex labs and outpatient diagnostics services are made available at a dramatically reduced cost. At every turn, we advocate for your healthcare experience and cost-savings benefit.
A Comprehensive Annual Physical
This exam will be fitted to your personal medical needs. It’s all about you, and your specific goals for wellness. A physical exam will be done, and appropriate tests will be discussed. We will also make sure you are up to date with all recommended health screenings.
Minor Labs and Procedures
For example, minor suturing, cryotherapy, and skin biopsy are all included in your membership fee. If there is an extra charge for a service, you will know exactly what it is before proceeding. There are special labs and procedures that may require an additional fee. Our members receive a discounted price for these special labs and procedures.
Consultation with Specialists
If you require a consultant for specialty medical care, we will work closely with you and the specialist.
Discounted Gym Membership
We have partnered with Anytime Fitness to allow patients at Whole Health Family Medicine discounted gym membership fees. Patients will have a $0 enrollment fee, 25% off their gym membership fees, and 50% off key fees.
In-Office Procedures
Our providers perform a number of in-office procedures. Below is a list of just some of the procedures offered and included in your membership:
- EKG
- Wound repair
- Wart and lesion removal
- Biopsies
- Incision and drainage
- Ear irrigation
- DOT/CDL physicals
Other procedures are available and offered for a small added cost. Additional expense may also be incurred if supplies such as splints, cast shoes or crutches are needed. These added costs are always discussed with patients prior to ordering any tests or treatments.

Our Responsibilty to Patients
Primary care medicine is the foundation of good health and wellness, and a close partnership with the individual who provides primary care improves patients’ chances at wellness. The current healthcare system does not always emphasize wellness and often does not promote individual partnership/relationships between patients and the persons who care for them.
Whole Health Family Medicine Clinic is different. Our goal is to keep you healthy by restoring the sanctity of the provider-patient relationship. We have the time necessary to get to know you, identify your health needs and develop individualized wellness plans and appropriate treatment options that are mutually agreeable.
